ABC OWNER’S SCHEME

This scheme provides room for both small and big business investors and it is divided into two, the absolute owner’s (a-owner) and co-owner’s (co-owner) sub-schemes.

ABOUT ABC OWNER’S SCHEME

There are two arms of this scheme namely; the absolute owner’s (a-owner) and co-owner’s (co-owner) sub-schemes. The a-owner sub-schemes is designed for those who have time, skill and expertise but have no funds to set up the business of their choice. The co-owners sub-schemes on the other hand is designed for those who have some money but cannot afford the time to oversee their investments. Also fits those who may have money but either do not have the expertise or business idea to invest in.

Absolute Owner Scheme(A- Owner)

In the a-owner’s sub-scheme an operator can be a proud owner of a business, automobile or factory with little or no financial investment. This is for those who have time and skill to run a business but do not have sufficient funds for it. On registration, a business facility of one’s choice is arranged. An operator is however required to deposit 20% of the business cost before being considered for the facility. This can be done installments from the point of registration. On acquiring the facility, he pays up the cost of the business at agreed installments within a fixed time frame. The operator is, in addition, required to produce two acceptable guarantors to the consult. The 20% deposit is refundable at the successful adherence to the terms of transfer of ownership and fulfillment of all agreed terms. In case of default, the cost of litigation and recovery will be borne by the operator.

CO-OWNER’S SCHEME

The co-owner’s scheme is a very robust business development programme meant to stimulate quick financial returns for operators. It benefits busy professionals, managers and public servants who want to end extra income before and after retirement without being directly involved in running a business. In this scheme, operators are grouped into business investment units for which they make financial contributions. They are therefore co-owners of the business concerns they contribute to. This could be a big lifetime investment for retirees, professionals and entrepreneurs where they can serve as directors to oversee their own investments as managed profitably by the Consult.

The Scheme aims at setting up multiple streams of multi- billion dollar business groups across the globe for a manageable size of operators who are essentially within the same environment and income bracket. Each business group is operated independent of the other. This categories is however divided into three, include: BRONZE, SILVER AND GOLD CLASS INCOME GROUPS. The capital investments for each of the aforementioned groups which can be made through regular deposits are as follows:
